Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 ml Buttermilk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Powdered sugar
  • Various fruits, e.g. blueberries, apples ...
  • 12 Mini cake molds
  • Chocolate droplets

Instructions

  • I recently bought mini cake molds and have now finally tried them. To get variety, I tried different flavors.
  • For the dough, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the buttermilk and eggs little by little. Mix flour with salt and baking powder and stir in slowly, whisk well.
  • Now fill the molds 3/4 full with the batter. I did that with 8 molds, then pressed blueberries, raspberries and grapes into the dough.
  • Now put one tablespoon of dough in each of the 4 remaining molds, then place the banana slices on top and spread the rest of the dough over them. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees (preheated) for about 25 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes, remove from the mold and let cool down completely on the wire rack.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
