Vanilla Curd
The perfect vanilla curd recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 300 g Yogurt
- 20 g Sugar
- 20 g Salt
- 0,5 Vanilla pod
- Scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod and mix with the remaining ingredients. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then serve cold.
