Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g yogurt (skimmed milk yogurt)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 fig(s), fresh
- 1 tangerine(s)
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- e.g. lemon balm
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
WW – suitable for 2.5 people
Blend the yogurt with the honey until smooth. Cut the fig and peeled tangerine into pieces. Stir the oat flakes and fruit into the yogurt. Garnish with lemon balm, if desired, and serve.
