Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 25 g butter flakes, cold
  • 30 g sugar
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • some butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Recycling leftovers

Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar thoroughly. Knead the flour, butter, sugar, and cinnamon (optional) into crumbles and chill in the refrigerator for a while. Grease a small baking dish with butter. Pour in the quark and cover with the crumbles. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes on the middle rack until golden brown. Let cool slightly and serve warm or cold.
