Small sweet berry yogurt dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt (small cup)
  • some milk or mineral water, optional
  • 25 g sugar
  • 6 strawberries
  • 20 blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with yogurt, quark, strawberries and blueberries

In a separate bowl, combine the quark, yogurt, and sugar. Stir in milk or mineral water, if desired, until smooth. Hull and finely chop all but two of the strawberries, and wash the blueberries. First, place two spoonfuls of the cream into each of two glasses or bowls, then add the strawberry pieces, then another two spoonfuls of quark, then the blueberries, and then more quark. Garnish with the reserved strawberries and a few blueberries. This quick, delicious dessert can be made with all kinds of fruit; jam or chocolate shavings can be added if desired. Enjoy!
