Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 550 g wheat flour (type 550)
- 5 g yeast
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 150 g yogurt
- 150 g water
- 100 g milk
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead thoroughly. Cover and let rise for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 210°C. Place the dough on a floured work surface and divide into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece slightly and stretch it slightly (approx. 0.5-1 cm thick) and place it on a baking sheet (4 small flatbreads per baking sheet). Bake immediately for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Goes well with curries, soups, or simply enjoy on its own.
