Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of smoked pork
- 2 cups of cream or cream substitute (200 g each)
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fry the smoked pork slices in a pan on both sides until golden brown. Add the cream and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. The cream should thicken, but not burn. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle. Serve with the smoked pork, sprinkled with parsley. Incidentally, the mention of no seasonings is correct, as the salty smoked pork doesn’t require any.
