Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 100 g smoked tofu
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp cream (soy cream)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Roughly dice the tofu, add it to a suitable container with oil and soy cream. Then puree the mixture and season with soy sauce and dill. Let it sit for a day. Tastes great on fresh bread.
