Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 trout fillets, smoked
- 1 ½ cups cream cheese (brunch is best)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mash the trout fillets with a fork. There should be no chunks left. Stir in the cream cheese and mash everything with a fork until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste (we deliberately omit herbs). The spread should be refrigerated for about an hour before serving. It goes well with brown bread, but any other bread will do.
