Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g quark
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • n. B. Pepper, from the mill
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream the quark and mix with the mayonnaise. Crush the garlic, add the mustard, and seasonings, and mix thoroughly. Finally, fold in the chives. This dip goes well with meat fondue or a barbecue, but also with boiled potatoes.
