Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp capers, chopped
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • ¼ bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 tsp, heaped horseradish, freshly grated
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g quark
  • n. B. Pepper, from the mill

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brighten up your Sunday breakfast

Cut the salmon into tiny cubes and marinate with a little lemon juice. Whisk the crème fraîche and quark together until creamy. Stir in the horseradish, chives, capers, and onions. Season well with pepper. Finally, fold in the salmon cubes. Serve this spread with toast or crusty wood-fired bread.
