Smoothie With Mango, Mint, Yogurt And Purple Curry

Try the fruity fresh mango mint smoothie with yogurt and purple curry.

Ingredients for 4 smoothies

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp purple curry
  • 1 lime
  • 500 g yogurt 1.5% fat
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • Some chili, a pinch of salt


  • Peel the mango, remove the core and roughly dice the flesh.
  • Peel the cucumber, a quarter lengthways, and remove the seeds.
  • Put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend finely.
