Try the fruity fresh mango mint smoothie with yogurt and purple curry.
Ingredients for 4 smoothies
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp purple curry
- 1 lime
- 500 g yogurt 1.5% fat
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- Some chili, a pinch of salt
Preparation
- Peel the mango, remove the core and roughly dice the flesh.
- Peel the cucumber, a quarter lengthways, and remove the seeds.
- Put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend finely.
