Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g cream
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 100 g meringue(s)
  • 300 g raspberries, frozen
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The popular dessert as a refreshing drink

Crush the meringues. Lightly crush the raspberries. If they’re still a bit firm, thaw them briefly in the microwave. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in pretty glasses, add a straw, and enjoy!
