Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sponge cake, bought or homemade
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g cream cheese, 40%
  • 1 cup whipped cream, 200 ml
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 150 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 can tangerine(s), approx. 312 g
  • 2 tbsp tangerine juice from the can

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 40 minutes

Crumble the cake base. Combine the mascarpone, sugar, and quark in a large bowl. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold the cream into the quark mixture, add the crumbled sponge cake, mandarin oranges, and juice, and mix. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight. Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in desiccated coconut.
