Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 360 g butter
  • 240 g sugar
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g cornstarch
  • 6 packs of drink powder (effervescent powder, flavor as desired)
  • 6 tbsp cream
  • Cake icing (sugar or chocolate), colorful sugar sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Children’s party, makes 24 muffins

Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and soda. Mix all ingredients well with the cream. Pour the batter into paper baking cups or a greased muffin tin and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. If desired, top with sugar or chocolate icing and decorate with colorful sprinkles.
