Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 250 g flour
  • 10 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Simply

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter on the baking sheet to a thickness of about 1 cm. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and cut into cubes. Use as a soup garnish.
