Soup: Pea Soup
The perfect soup: pea soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 bag Peas
- 1 pole Leek
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Potatoes
- 0,5 pcs Fresh celery
- 2 Discs Kassler
- 2 Onions
- 150 g Diced pork belly
- Marjoram
- Salt and pepper
- 800 ml Vegetable stock
- Prepare the peas with the stock and cook the marjoram until half-soft, always adding enough water to cover the peas well.
- Cut the vegetables into cubes. Also cut the meat into cubes and fry with the bacon. Now add the vegetables (except the onions) and the potatoes to the peas.
- Add the onion to the meat and sauté with it. Add that to the peas, cook everything until soft, season and season to taste.
