Soup: Pea Soup

The perfect soup: pea soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bag Peas
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 0,5 pcs Fresh celery
  • 2 Discs Kassler
  • 2 Onions
  • 150 g Diced pork belly
  • Marjoram
  • Salt and pepper
  • 800 ml Vegetable stock
  1. Prepare the peas with the stock and cook the marjoram until half-soft, always adding enough water to cover the peas well.
  2. Cut the vegetables into cubes. Also cut the meat into cubes and fry with the bacon. Now add the vegetables (except the onions) and the potatoes to the peas.
  3. Add the onion to the meat and sauté with it. Add that to the peas, cook everything until soft, season and season to taste.
