Soup: Swiss Chard Soup
The perfect soup: swiss chard soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 l Water
- 145 Size Swiss chard, washed and cut into fine strips
- 0,5 packet Cream
- 45 Size Rice noodles
- Chicken broth, powdered
- Tasmanian mountain pepper from the mill
- Freshly grated nutmeg to taste
- Heat water in a saucepan and dissolve the chicken broth in it. Then add the pasta. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the chard and let everything cook together. At or shortly before the end of the cooking time, stir in the cream and season everything spicy. Tastes wonderful! Swiss chard and Tasmanian mountain pepper harmonize perfectly!
