  • 100 g flour and
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g chocolate, milk or dark
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, sweetened or
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

moist and fluffy brownies with sour cream

Chop the chocolate and melt it gently with the butter in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. In a bowl, combine the flour (or chocolate pudding powder), cocoa powder (sweet or unsweetened), and baking soda and set aside. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the eggs and sugar until light and creamy. Carefully add the butter and chocolate mixture and continue beating. Now add the sour cream and finally the flour mixture. Stir just until the flour is distributed. Grease a brownie pan and pour in the batter. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 165°C (fan oven) for 25-35 minutes. Every oven is different, so check every minute and do the toothpick test. Remove the finished brownies and let them cool. Glaze or decorate as desired. The brownies aren’t as sticky and slimy as regular brownies, but they’re still chocolatey, moist, and fluffy, and of course, delicious. Of course, you can use a different baking pan, but you might need to double the batter, depending on the pan you use. This may also increase the baking time.
