Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 175 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 jars of sour cherries
- 750 g sour cream (or sour cream)
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Mix the batter ingredients together to form a batter. Bake in a greased springform pan at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for approximately 10-15 minutes. Drain the cherries and place them on the base. Mix the remaining filling ingredients together and spread over the cherries. Bake for approximately another 60 minutes at 200°C (200°F).
