Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 egg yolks
- 125 g sugar
- 75 g semolina
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 egg whites
- 1 jar sour cherries
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with semolina
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the semolina, lemon juice, and low-fat quark. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Drain the sour cherries and stir them into the mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for approximately 35 minutes.
