Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1 pack of herbs (frozen 8 herbs)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or pressed
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients together well. Enjoy with boiled potatoes, grilled meat, or simply as a dip!
