Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the quark with the crème fraîche, lemon juice, and chopped chives, and season with salt and pepper. The sour cream tastes best when it’s been allowed to sit for a while. It’s great as a dipping sauce or with steak.
