Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g oil
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 shot of rum
- 1 pinch of salt
- Lemon peel, untreated, grated
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Fat for the mold
- Flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
simple, uncomplicated
Whisk together eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla sugar, salt, lemon zest, and sour cream until frothy. Then stir in flour, baking powder, and rum. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 180°C for about 1 hour.
