Sour cream dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup of yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • ½ pack of herbs (8 herb mix), frozen
  • Salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients (including crushed garlic) well in a bowl. If it’s too thick, stir in a little milk. Tastes great with potato wedges, baked potatoes, or as a dip for flatbread.
