Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g minced meat
- 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce or hunter’s sauce
- 250 g sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Brown the ground beef thoroughly. Mix with paprika sauce (for a sweet and sour taste) or hunter’s sauce and sour cream. Place everything in a casserole dish and braise for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat. Serve with spiral noodles and corn.
