Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g sour cream
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine the butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixer, then add the sour cream. Sift the baking powder mixed with the flour over the mixture and mix. Pour the batter into the muffin tin and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
