Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 sponge cake
- ½ kg QimiQ
- ¼ kg quark (cottage cheese)
- 9 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ liter whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
for approx. 12 pieces of cake
Whip the cream. Stir QimiQ until smooth. Add the curd cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice and mix well. Fold in the whipped cream. Line the sponge cake with a paper rim and spread the cream on top. Let it set in the refrigerator.
