  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tsp cranberries, canned
  • 1 dashes sweetener
  • ½ pack of mixed salad herbs (frozen)

  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 shot of vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

low-calorie – without oil

Mix all ingredients together and season with spices. I usually use a mixture of balsamic vinegar and regular white wine vinegar. This has even become my partner’s favorite salad dressing, even though he finds “low-fat” abominable. We use the dressing for mixed salad, lamb’s lettuce, and regular leaf salad. Tip: We like to add toasted seeds and lean ham cubes baked crispy in the microwave. You can also add a splash of white wine or a few drops of Maggi to the salad dressing (but this isn’t for everyone).
