Sour Roll Ham Salad

The perfect sour roll ham salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Had residual curls, was already over what to do? Sour!

  • 200 g Scooter
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • Pepper fresh from the mill, quantity a matter of taste
  • Pinch of salt, really just a pinch!
  • 1 tbsp Hazelnut oil
  • 2 tbsp Herb vinegar
  1. Cut the egg roll (rolled ham) into fine thin slices and place in a bowl.
  1. Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  1. Now we have a fresh, appetizing, aromatic sour roll ham salad.
  1. As a starter I had a tasty soup, as a side dish french fries and a crunchy Grazer Krauthäuptlsalat (this time also with hazelnut oil, otherwise with pumpkin seed oil). Enjoy the meal !
