Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g spaetzle
- 250 g ham (cooked ham)
- 1 can peas
- 2 eggs
- e.g. parsley and/or chives
- n. B. spice(s)
- oil
- Cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaetzle. In a large pan with oil, brown the diced ham and cook the peas. Then add the cooked spaetzle and fry. Crack the eggs over the top and mix. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and stir to melt. Stir in the parsley or chives.
