Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300g spaghetti
- 100 g bacon, streaky
- 150 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 g processed cheese
- 8 mushrooms
- Salt and pepper, white
- some fat for frying
- e.g. cream or milk to dilute
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain through a sieve. Meanwhile, peel the onions. Dice them together with the bacon. Brown both together with the mixed minced meat. Add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes in a covered pan. Peel and dice the tomatoes and add them along with the diced bell pepper. Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt and white pepper. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. If the sauce is too thick, simply thin with cream or milk. Pour the hot sauce over the cooked spaghetti and serve immediately.
