  • 14 cl Espresso
  • 120 g Mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon San Marzano liqueur
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • Unsweetened cocoa
  1. Mix the mascarpone with sugar, egg yolks and liqueur.
  2. Put the mascarpone cream in a cup and pour hot espresso over it.
  3. Finally, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
