Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g ham (toast ham)
- 500 ml crème fraîche
- 1 shot of milk
- 2 servings of spaghetti
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti with a pinch of salt and a little olive oil. Finely chop the onion. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the sliced ham and fry until golden brown. Mix in the crème fraîche and a splash of milk until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper, and add the cooked, strained pasta to the sauce. Mix and let stand for a while, then serve.
