  • 500 ml crème fraîche

  • 2 servings of spaghetti

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti with a pinch of salt and a little olive oil. Finely chop the onion. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the sliced ​​ham and fry until golden brown. Mix in the crème fraîche and a splash of milk until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper, and add the cooked, strained pasta to the sauce. Mix and let stand for a while, then serve.
