Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 150 ml milk
- 150 ml oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- some rum
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 30 g fat
- 3 tbsp milk
- 100 g dark chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare a batter from the ingredients and spread it on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C/middle rack. Shortly before the end of the baking time, bring 150 ml of milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar to a boil. Pour this mixture over the hot cake after baking and allow it to cool. Prepare a glaze from the listed ingredients and spread it over the cooled cake. Allow it to set.
