Spaghetti in the style of the easy girls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 150 g olives, black
  • 4 tbsp capers
  • 3 anchovy fillets
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 400 g tomatoes, fully ripe
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the garlic. Pit and roughly chop the olives. Rinse the capers in cold water and roughly chop them. Wash, debone, and finely chop the anchovy fillets. Finely chop the parsley. Skin the tomatoes and finely dice the flesh. Heat the oil and butter, sauté the garlic, and melt the anchovy fillets. Stir in the diced tomatoes and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the olives and capers and cook the sauce for another 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Cook the spaghetti until al dente and toss with the sauce in a bowl. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley before serving.
