Spaghetti La Jenson

  • 1 do Maggi fix and fresh alla carbonara
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 150 ml Milk 3.5%
  • 100 g Smoked streaky bacon
  • 50 g Sauce binders
  1. Put the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water and simmer for about 10 minutes. Also cut the bacon into fine cubes. Mix eggs, milk with sauce thickener and Maggi fix and fresh alla carbonara together. Pour the spaghetti into a colander, rinse in cold water and drain. Heat the oil in a pan and leave the bacon in it until crispy. Pour egg maggi milk with sauce thickener over it, mix quickly with the spaghetti and let it burn for a long time. Season to taste with salt and pepper and immediately divide between 4 deep plates. Feed the dog with leftover bacon.
