Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 5 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 50 ml milk
  • Soy sauce
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the noodles in salted water according to the instructions, then rinse and let cool. Finely dice the ham and finely slice the spring onions. Place everything in a bowl and mix. Mix the mayonnaise, milk, soy sauce, and seasoning mix thoroughly and season to taste. Add to the noodles and stir well.
