Spaghetti salad with minced meat and leek

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Maggi
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Brown the minced meat in a little oil and season. Cut the leek into thin rings and fry briefly with the minced meat. Drain the pasta. Add the minced meat mixture. Season with oil, lemon juice, Maggi, sugar, salt, and pepper, and let cool.
