Spaghetti salad with tomato and avocado

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g spaghetti, cooked
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • White balsamic vinegar
  • some water
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • some lemon juice
  • ½ bunch of spring onions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

very fresh salad for the barbecue

Chop the tomatoes and avocado into small pieces. Drizzle the avocado pieces with lemon juice. Finely slice the spring onions. Place everything in a bowl with the pasta. Mix the remaining ingredients, excluding the oil, into a salad dressing and pour over the salad. Mix well. Let stand for about 30 minutes, then add the olive oil, mix, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Season to taste before serving.
