Spaghetti with All Sorts

The perfect spaghetti with all sorts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Spagetti pasta

  • 1 half pck. Spaghetti
  • Salt as needed
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • A pot of water for the spaghetti, of course 🙂

the other

  • 2 Pc. Free range eggs
  • 6 Pc. Pork belly thin slices
  • 3 Discs Smoked goose breast (if available) like that
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Toes Salt, and garlic cloves
  • 1 whole Freshly chopped shallots
  • Something green on top of chives or the like

To the spaghetti

  1. Put water on (in the pot) 🙂 Add spices when the water is boiling. Heat a small saucepan for the pork belly. An esl. Pour in olive oil, heat. Put the chopped pork belly in the saucepan and let it sauté. If available, add the diced goose breast. The finely chopped garlic, as well as the finely chopped shallot, I add to the bacon, it can start slowly (steam)
  2. The water for the spaghetti boils, then the spaghetti goes into the bubbling water. If you like it aldente, please, I like it softer because it is easier to tolerate. When you have finished these long things, drain them (don’t scare them off, like screaming or the like), now I beat the 2 fresh eggs (be careful with the houndstooth, remove) in a container, chop them up and pull them into the noodles, mix well . Turn up in a deep plate, then put the pork belly with the shallots on top, who has something green on top and a quick meal is ready.
  3. Last but not least, I put a fine olive oil thread over it and then reach for the fork and twist, twist and enjoy. Your Uschi
