Spaghetti with cocktail tomatoes and olives

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • Water (salt water)
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes, washed and halved
  • 2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • n. B. Olives, green or black
  • n. B. Black pepper, freshly ground
  • n. B. Salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ bunch basil, fresh
  • n. B. Parmesan, freshly sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the garlic briefly in olive oil, add the tomatoes, and toss briefly. Chop the olives slightly and add them. Season to taste with salt, plenty of pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Finally, add the chopped basil and toss everything with the pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and drizzle with a few more drops of olive oil, if desired.
