Spaghetti with feta cheese and pepper

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Dice the feta cheese. Drain the pasta. Reserve a little of the cooking water (2 tablespoons) and mix it with the feta cheese and plenty of pepper into the spaghetti. I also mixed 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the cooking water. This dish tastes great with bread or salad.
