Leek and ham sauce for spaghetti

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 point ham (cooked ham)
  • 250 ml chicken broth (instant)
  • salt and pepper
  • some garlic
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Add a little oil to a saucepan. Slice the leek into rings and the cooked ham into small cubes, and add. Sauté everything in a pan, then pour in the broth. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with a little garlic. Thicken with a sauce thickener. Serve the finished sauce over spaghetti.
