Spaghetti with Lime and Tuna Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Lime untreated
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 250 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 can Tuna
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • Salt, pepper, chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Bring plenty of salted water to the boil and prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into cubes. Wash the lime and cut in half. Squeeze one half and cut the other into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil. Sauté the onion and garlic in it. Pour in the cream and bring to the boil.
  • Drain the tuna. Stir into the sauce with capers. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili powder and lime juice.
  • Drain the spaghetti. Mix immediately with the sauce and serve with pieces of lime.
