Teichmann’s Spaghetti with Tuna Sauce

- 300 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Green frozen peas
- 1 Can Tuna
- 2 Red onions
- 2 Cans Chunky tomatoes
- 2 Cans Butter
- 2 Cans Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Cans Dried oregano
- 2 Cans Salt
- 2 Cans Colorful pepper from the mill
- 2 Cans Grated Parmesan
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until firm to the bite. Peel and chop onions. Drain the tuna.
- Heat some butter and olive oil in a saucepan. Braise the chopped onions in it. Add the tuna and let it sauté a little. Add the peas and chunky tomatoes. Simmer everything over a low heat until the peas are firm to the bite. Season with a little salt, pepper and oregano and season to taste.
- Drain and drain the spaghetti and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle with some freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
