Teichmann’s Spaghetti with Tuna Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 100 g Green frozen peas
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 2 Red onions
  • 2 Cans Chunky tomatoes
  • 2 Cans Butter
  • 2 Cans Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Cans Dried oregano
  • 2 Cans Salt
  • 2 Cans Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 Cans Grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until firm to the bite. Peel and chop onions. Drain the tuna.
  • Heat some butter and olive oil in a saucepan. Braise the chopped onions in it. Add the tuna and let it sauté a little. Add the peas and chunky tomatoes. Simmer everything over a low heat until the peas are firm to the bite. Season with a little salt, pepper and oregano and season to taste.
  • Drain and drain the spaghetti and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle with some freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
