Teichmann’s Spaghetti with Tuna Sauce

The perfect teichmann’s spaghetti with tuna sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 100 g Green frozen peas
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 2 Red onions
  • 2 Cans Chunky tomatoes
  • 2 Cans Butter
  • 2 Cans Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Cans Dried oregano
  • 2 Cans Salt
  • 2 Cans Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 Cans Grated Parmesan
  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until firm to the bite. Peel and chop onions. Drain the tuna.
  2. Heat some butter and olive oil in a saucepan. Braise the chopped onions in it. Add the tuna and let it sauté a little. Add the peas and chunky tomatoes. Simmer everything over a low heat until the peas are firm to the bite. Season with a little salt, pepper and oregano and season to taste.
  3. Drain and drain the spaghetti and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle with some freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
