Meatballs with Onion Sauce

The perfect meatballs with onion sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Discs Toast
  • 500 g Fresh broccoli
  • 5 Onion red
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 75 ml Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  1. Soak the toast. Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel the onions, finely dice 1 onion. Knead the mince, onion, squeezed bread, mustard, salt, pepper and egg. Shape the dough into 8 meatballs.
  2. 4 Cut the onions into wedges. Caramelize the sugar in a pan. Deglaze with 175ml of boiling water and vinegar. Let simmer for 8 minutes. Add onions and cook for another 5 minutes. Simmer.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry meatballs in it
  4. Cook the broccoli, quench and pour a little melted butter over them.
