Meatballs with Onion Sauce

- 2 Discs Toast
- 500 g Fresh broccoli
- 5 Onion red
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 1 Egg
- 75 g Sugar
- 75 ml Balsamic vinegar dark
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Soak the toast. Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel the onions, finely dice 1 onion. Knead the mince, onion, squeezed bread, mustard, salt, pepper and egg. Shape the dough into 8 meatballs.
- 4 Cut the onions into wedges. Caramelize the sugar in a pan. Deglaze with 175ml of boiling water and vinegar. Let simmer for 8 minutes. Add onions and cook for another 5 minutes. Simmer.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry meatballs in it
- Cook the broccoli, quench and pour a little melted butter over them.
