Spaghetti with pepper, tomato and olive sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 320 g spaghetti
  • 1 jar tomato sauce (tomato-olive sauce)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some stalks of fresh basil
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • butter
  • 3 sausages (Käsekrainer, alternatively Debrecziner, Wiener, etc.)
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 3 tbsp salsa, spicy
  • 200 ml milk
  • ½ pack of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the garlic and onions. Finely chop the bell peppers and add them. Sauté in butter. Add the tomato and olive sauce, milk, cream, and salsa and bring to a boil briefly. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Finely chop the Käsekrainer and add them. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Serve on plates and garnish with chopped basil.
