Spaghetti with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spaghetti with Salmon

Cook the spaghetti. Sauce: Cut the salmon into small cubes and finely chop the dill. Heat the oil and fry the salmon. Pour in a cup of vegetable broth, add the dill, and bring to a boil briefly. Add the crème fraîche, and you’re done. Pour the sauce over the cooked spaghetti and mix well.
