Apple-cinnamon porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 300 ml milk or water
  • ½ m.-sized apple
  • some cinnamon
  • possibly sugar

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

easy and fast

Combine the oats and liquid in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, chop the apple into small pieces. When the porridge begins to boil, add the apple pieces and season with cinnamon and sugar, if desired. Let the porridge simmer for about 2-3 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Pour into a cereal bowl or deep plate and serve.
